Week of April 13: Tell CUFA what you need

With the spread of coronavirus and the economic fallout, the inequities in our healthcare, our economy and our environmental protection have been laid bare. Take a few minutes this week to tell CUFA what you, your family and your community are facing and give us your opinion on what issues matter most to you.

Top 3 actions you can take this week:

  1. Take this short survey to tell CUFA how you and your loved ones are doing, and your opinion on the issues that matter most right now.
  2. Share the survey with 5 friends or family, so together, we can get what we need.
  3. Remember to vote! Get your absentee ballot for Ohio's April 28 election: https://votehamiltoncountyohio.gov/voting-options/mail/. Or pick up an application at a local Kroger store: https://www.wvxu.org/post/absentee-ballot-request-forms-now-available-kroger-stores-throughout-hamilton-county#stream/0

What's happening this week:

CUFA is holding a weekly chat for members! Come tell us what's on your mind this week. Members: Check your email for details on how to join the chat.

If you haven't mailed the Board of Elections your application for an absentee ballot yet, time is running out! Your ballot must be postmarked by April 27 to count. Check out the details about the Ohio Primary election in the March 30 Activist Tool-kit.

We continue to push for a People's Bailout, centered around the needs of the many, instead of corporate bailouts. Learn more and take action here.

The Census is collecting responses over the phone or online. You can fill yours out here.

This week, CUFA is supporting an extension of the public comment period for changes to air pollution rules. Look for a letter you can sign onto to support CUFA's comments on the proposed changes to the rules.
