Youth Council Summer Update
The CUFA Youth Council has just finished another successful summer. Fifteen members of the Youth Council had summer jobs out of only 375 available through the City's Summer Youth Employment Program! Thanks to the Youth Council's work meeting with people like Community Action Agency (CAA) CEO Gwen Robinson, CAA made CUFA one of their partner organizations for the youth employment program. The Youth Council employees were camp counselors at the South Cumminsville summer camp, worked on neighborhood beautification projects, helped staff with office work, and attended weekly job training sessions at Cincinnati State.
