Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority Commissioner John Rosenberg resigned on Monday saying the Board of Commissioners has become a "fundamentally dysfunctional body." Mr. Rosenberg outlined several of his concerns  in a letter to City Manager Milton Dohoney.

CUFA's Subsidized Housing Committee, made up of public and subsidized housing residents, is disapointed to see Mr. Rosenberg go - he was the only Commissioner who had the residents' best interests in mind.  His letter illustrates issues at CMHA that residents have been dealing with for years.
