In June of 2009 the City of Cincinnati passed the nation's FIRST Environmental Justice Ordinance.  And in February of 2010, Cincinnati City Council voted to delay the implementation of the ordinance for one year.  If City Council does not fund the ordinance so it can be fully implemented next year it will go off the books.  Call, e-mail, write to City Council today and urge them to fully fund the EJ Ordinance next year.
